Today’s podcast recorded after eating my lunch in the car – I always think of beetroot sandwiches and penguin biscuits at such times – is about the importance of daylight. And I make a commitment to myself.
Currently I am looking for an organisation interested in helping me pilot ‘Present and Connected – an away day to make a difference’ at minimal cost. On the day the group will learn to focus on shifting their awareness to the ‘here and now’. The benefits being ‘mindful’ include:
